The health and safety of our guests is of great concern to us. Our wedding and celebration will follow recommendations from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, as well as the Virginia Department of Health, and of course, adhere to whatever Phase guidelines Virginia is currently under. Fortunately, the venue for our wedding lends itself well to keeping our guests safe. The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be taking place in an open air venue that allows for the appropriate spacing of tables and guests. All support staff, i.e. catering staff, bartenders, etc., will be wearing face coverings. We also will have face coverings available for our guests should they require one. There will be sanitization stations provided throughout the venue in an effort to promote regular use by our guests. Reasonable efforts will be made to keep surfaces disinfected throughout the event. We ask that guests be diligent, and stick to the measures they feel are necessary for their safety. Of course, if anyone is feeling ill they should remain home and take care of themselves. We will be asking people to please observe the limits placed on the number of people who occupy the restroom at one time to allow for social distancing. We believe it is important that guests should feel comfortable taking whatever measures they see necessary to maintain their health. We expect everyone to be respectful of others so that we can all have an amazing celebration!
